The newest wind turbine project of 1516 has been selected to be posted on the website of IF. This is a creative, practical solution, helping dozens of households of autonomous life when restricted access to the national grid.

The 1516 Green Design developed and installed pilot Small-scale Wind Turbine System for the Red river poor residents in 2016. And projects continue to grow throughout Vietnam, and expanded overseas.

Many poor people in Vietnam have no access or limited access to electricity from national grid. In particular, the project was originated from limited access to electricity for the poor people living along Red river in Hanoi.They are unable to afford basic electrical need. Generated electricity from wind turbine provides lighting for poor households.
